After 6 months of waiting and virtual mailing chain the team is finally phisically meeting in Milan. Lucky us the weather is ok..and in reality we are sunbathing a lot..working!

Let's open the stage on via Andora last month of life where AIESEC Italy is creating its future. The elected team has attended 2 days of Historical transition, during which people have met 10 Member Committee alumni, coming back to via Andora.

After having discovered the past, the new team has tried to discover itself deeply. The new full time members have spent a whole day in the green park next to via Andora talking an doing team building, self discovering and making questions each other in order to understand better which kind of people will be staying together for the next 13 months.

Tuesday 1st AIESEC Italy 2009/10 has met the newies and set the expectations for this months of living and working together. Which are the feelings after one year? Which are the feeling before starting a year? Which will be the challenges? Which will be the success and how will AIESEC overcome its limits?

The next month will be the time of discovery and planning..
